Throwback Fernet

Throwback Fernet is a 750ml, 35% ABV craft fernet made in the classic Italian bitter tradition for the modern bar. It is built from a blend of bitter herbs, roots and spices with the signature menthol coolness of mint, at a slightly gentler proof than the big Italian brands.

Intensely herbal and bittersweet with mint, saffron-like spice, gentian bitterness and a long, cleansing finish, it is a classic digestif neat, a bartender's handshake shot with a beer back, and a bold modifier in a Toronto or Hanky Panky.
